Activating both sides of the studio, Marsha will walk students through adding, hand-built attachments to wheel-thrown forms! This session will cover a plethora of techniques and showcase ways to add a little more pizazz to functional wares.
Students enrolled in the class will be encouraged to alter the pots they make with hand-built components such as slabs and coils. These additions can serve as layered texture and provide different functions for the pots being made throughout the course. Want to learn how to make a handle, spout or add textured decoration?
