A Beginner-Friendly Ceramics Class
Curious about ceramics but not sure where to start? Want to try the potter’s wheel or learn how to hand-build with clay?
Try Clay takes place over two Saturdays:
Class 1: Make!
Learn the basics of ceramics while creating your own ceramic artwork. You can choose to try the potter’s wheel or hand-build with clay. After your first class, your work will be fired in our kilns.
Class 2: Glaze & Finish
Return to the studio to learn how to glaze and finish your piece. Once it has been fired again, your one-of-a-kind artwork will be ready for you to pick up!
Try Clay is $65 total, including both classes, all the clay, tools, and glazes you’ll need to create your own ceramic artwork.
No previous experience is needed — just come ready to get your hands dirty and have fun!
Pre-registration is preferred!
This class includes 2 classes. When you register, you are choosing the date for Class 1. The date for Class 2 will be scheduled together during your first class.
