As a former New York City catering chef and avid party planner, Eliza Beckwith will be teaching her students how to best showcase hor d'oeuvres for a fun social event! Cooking and plating elegant table settings will be highlighted during this class. All levels of skill are welcome to join in the fun!
While the session ends during the hype of graduation season, skills of planning an open house will be more than mastered after taking her class.
